Inventory Control Manager

Goyal Impex Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of our inventory management system.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
- Ensure the efficient operation of computer equipment and machinery used in inventory management.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime and optimize inventory management.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Recruit and hire staff to support inventory management operations.
- Train workers in duties and policies related to inventory management.
- Conduct performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure inventory management operations run smoothly.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
- English as the primary language of work.
