Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as a Receptionist at Global Pathways Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information to clients and colleagues.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintain accurate records, and perform administrative tasks.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and schedule appointments.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organization, reliability, and teamwork.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
