Job Description

We are seeking an academic instructor to teach a university credit course on The 20th Century Quebec Novel. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering course content, developing and administering assignments, calculating and submitting grades, and holding regular office hours.

Qualifications

* Ph.D in French Literature with good knowledge of Quebecois Literature
* Strong academic record and professional promise
* Previous experience teaching Quebecois literature

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to applicants who have previously taught FREB36 or equivalent.

Sessional Information

* Sessional dates of appointment: January 6, 2025 - April 30, 2025

* Sessional Lecturer I: $9,457.90
* Sessional Lecturer I Long Term: $9,930.79
* Sessional Lecturer II: $10,121.77
* Sessional Lecturer II Long Term: $10,326.62
* Sessional Lecturer III: $10,362.76
* Sessional Lecturer III Long Term: $10,570.01
