Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Payless Truck Repair & Parts Ltd.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train other workers to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Schedule appointments, answer telephone calls, and relay messages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Greet clients, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date manual and computerized filing systems.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some post-secondary education in administration an asset.
  • 1 year of experience in a fast-paced administrative environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and multitask with ease.

Compensation
