Chief Estimator

The Chief Estimator will play a critical role in the success of Graham's Buildings division, overseeing the estimation process for large-scale projects. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of estimators, developing and implementing estimating strategies, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of estimates.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of estimators in the development and delivery of estimates for large-scale projects
- Develop and implement estimating strategies to ensure accurate and timely delivery of estimates
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure estimates align with project goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness
- 20 years of combined field and estimating experience, with at least 5 years of senior estimating experience
- Leadership responsibility related to ICI-related projects
- Successful experience in leading $100+ million projects and managing and mentoring of an estimating team
- Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team
- Thorough understanding and proficiency in design-build, IPD, and Construction Management
