Compensation Strategy Director

At PagerDuty, we are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Strategy Director to lead the development and execution of our global compensation programs. This is a strategic leadership role that requires expertise in designing and managing global compensation programs in fast-paced, global organizations.
About the Role:This role involves developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive Total Rewards strategies, including compensation, recognition programs, that align with the company's growth, culture, and talent needs. You will lead and develop the compensation team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team and People leadership on compensation matters, providing insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of compensation programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Total Rewards strategies
- Lead and develop the compensation team

- Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of compensation programs
- At least 8+ years in a leadership role managing a global compensation team
