Job Summary

The Transformation Manager will play a key role in ensuring a seamless transition to new processes and systems at Brightshores. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to identify areas of resistance to change and develop strategies to address concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management plans to support large-scale system projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes
  • Provide coaching and training to end-users on new processes and systems
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for process improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in a related field, such as Business, Quality, or Project Management
  • CCMP or Change Management Certification preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with process improvement and change management initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
