Job Title: Transportation Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Supervisor to join our team at Glidex Delivery and Janitorial Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Arrange training for staff and coordinate, assign, and review work.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, establish work schedules and procedures, and plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics.
  • Supervise a team of 11-15 people and ensure a safe and secure work environment.
Requirements:
  • Criminal record check.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and handle heavy loads.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work accurately, efficiently, and with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility, initiative, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
Work Environment:
