As a Transport Supervisor you will be tasked with the safe supervision of our Prime Movers and Trailer Operators in support of our various transportation projects in accordance with Sarens policies. Specifically, you will be tasked with:
- Supervises all Sarens Canada transport field personnel, including dealing with concerns from employees, enforcing Sarens Canada’s policies and procedures and conducting Yearly Goal Planning.
- Ensures all work is performed in accordance with Sarens and legislative QEHS standards
- Provides input and assistance on job costing, route planning/analysis, etc.
- Treats direct reports, co-workers, clients and subcontractors with dignity and respect Is the embodiment of the Sarens brand - therefore, always conducts business in a professional manner

As a Heavy Transport Supervisor, you will possess the following:
- Minimum 8 years of transportation experience
- Minimum of 3 years heavy haul experience
- Previous experience with platform trailers
- Previous experience with oversized and over dimensional loads
- Trailer operation experience is an asset

- Valid Class 1 Driver’s License with clear drivers abstract

Compensation arrangements are based on the Collective Agreement in place with the Teamsters, Local 362.
Pay: $46.18-$49.58 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
