About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Pandora. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be the ultimate Pandora fan, responsible for delivering a world-class experience to our customers, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a World-Class Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Surpass Sales Goals: Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with our customers and showcasing our products in a way that inspires them to make a purchase.
  • Engage and Attract Customers: Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones, ensuring that our store remains a destination for jewellery enthusiasts.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our latest products, collections, and trends, and use this knowledge to inspire and educate customers.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals, share knowledge, and support each other in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Results-Oriented Seller: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing.
  • Charisma and Charisma: Ability to charm and captivate customers, building strong relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
