Seasonal Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Pandora. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience to our customers, exceeding sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans.
Key Responsibilities- Build a genuine connection with our customers to exceed individual and store sales goals.
- Embody the store culture and shine as an extraordinary brand ambassador.
- Create an unforgettable shopping moment by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
- Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
- Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth and on-brand operation.
- Demonstrate a results-oriented sales approach.
- Develop a sense of care in your communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Show the ability to charm and captivate an audience with the capacity to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- Be at least 18 years old and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Embrace a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.
Pandora designs, manufactures, and markets hand-finished jewellery made from high-quality materials at affordable prices. Our jewellery is sold in over 100 countries through 6,000 points of sale, including more than 2,000 concept stores.
Headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, Pandora employs 27,000 people worldwide and crafts its jewellery at two LEED-certified facilities in Thailand using mainly recycled silver and gold. We plan to be carbon neutral by 2025 and have joined the Science Based Targets initiative to reduce emissions across our full value chain.
