Food Service Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Lead to join our team at Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our food service department, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
Duties- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory levels.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and services meet high-quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional service to maintain a positive reputation.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as needed.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak periods.
As a Food Service Lead, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring excellent time management and organizational skills. You will be standing for extended periods, but this is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers.
Requirements- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of food service operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, and a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
