Gryphon Corporate Group Ltd is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also plan and organize daily operations, record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and schedule and confirm appointments.

The ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, be organized, and have the ability to multitask. They will also have a strong understanding of MS Office and be able to maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.

The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including dental, health care, and vision care benefits. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 30 hours per week.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Train or arrange for training
  • Organize and schedule office work
  • Organize and maintain procedures for the keeping of records

Key qualifications include:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Organized
  • Strong understanding of MS Office
