Civil Engineer (Senior) Job Description

Associated Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer (Senior) to join our dynamic team in Niagara-on-the-Lake. As an employee-owned company, we offer a collaborative work environment and a broad range of consulting engineering services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise and project coordination on municipal infrastructure projects for public sector clients.
  • Develop innovative design solutions while working in a dynamic team environment to improve overall group performance and client service.
  • Prepare and finalize studies, designs, cost estimates, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Provide site inspection and contract administration services for infrastructure-related projects.
  • Coordinate and liaise with project teams, clients, contractors, and subconsultants on projects.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering from an accredited post-secondary institution.
  • 8+ years of Ontario experience in designing infrastructure projects.
  • Proven ability to liaise and manage client, contractor, and consultant relationships.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite of products, including collaborative software such as OneNote and SharePoint.
  • Valid driver's license is an asset.
