Job Summary

MIRCH FOOD LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
  • Chef Supervision: Supervise and train a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed in the kitchen to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
