Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Gladstone Brewing Company. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of menu items
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Train and develop kitchen staff
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior culinary role
  • Proven track record of menu development and implementation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
