Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Normore Enterprises Limited. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and cleaning the sales floor
  • Participate in promotional activities and suggest products to customers
  • Verify the age of customers when selling lottery tickets, alcohol, or tobacco products

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

Work Environment: Our store is a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks and responsibilities. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be working in a team environment and will be required to communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

Security and Safety: All employees are required to undergo a criminal record check and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
