Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Normore Enterprises Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused individual to work in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in promotional activities and suggestive selling
  • Verify the age of customers when selling lottery tickets, alcohol, or tobacco products
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Work Environment

This role requires working in a retail environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to stand for extended periods and bend, crouch, or kneel is also required.
