Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Normore Enterprises Limited. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and sweeping floors
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
  • Participate in promotional activities and maintain a positive attitude towards sales and customer service
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Previous experience in retail sales or a related field is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
