Job Description:

This Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Planning and Analysis will be responsible for the budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, monthly reporting for the consolidated business and enhancing and maintaining the current reporting system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of financial planning and analysis processes.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and growth initiatives.
  • Design and implement reporting and analytics solutions to support business needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • CPA designation (or advanced stages)
  • 3+ years relevant financial planning and accounting experience
  • Demonstrated Business System skills (ideally in SAP)
  • Track record of continuous improvement
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, fluid environment
