About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing Operations Supervisor to join our team at KABIR TRUCKING INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our billing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to staff members on billing procedures and policies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on billing activities, including financial transactions and productivity metrics.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all billing equipment is functioning properly and make recommendations for maintenance and repair.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Financial Accuracy: Verify the accuracy of financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate and assign work tasks, review progress, and provide feedback to team members.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on billing equipment.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate activities with other departments and work units to ensure seamless billing operations.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient billing operations.
Computer and Technology Requirements
  • Microsoft Office: Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Accounting Software: Experienced with QuickBooks.
Security and Safety Requirements
  • Criminal Record Check: Must undergo a criminal record check.
Work Environment
  • Public Transportation: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours of Work: 40 hours per week.
