Job Title: Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at AIMS HOLDINGS INC. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all staff are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
  • Communication: Prepare and submit reports, as well as communicate with staff, management, and customers in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related environment.
  • Certifications: Food Safety Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and own transportation.
Work Environment:

The Shift Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity is essential.
