Job Title: Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at AIMS HOLDINGS INC. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Team Management: Establish work schedules, manage staff performance, and provide feedback to ensure a high-performing team.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related industry.
  • Certifications: Food Safety Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
