Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Alberta Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our food service operations.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and direct a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to ensure minimal waste and optimal efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards.
  • Budgeting and Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on budget and cost estimates, as well as maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
