Food Service Supervisor

At Alberta Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our food service operations.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and direct a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to staff, focusing on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and ensuring that we meet our quality control standards.
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for food and supplies, ensuring that we operate within our financial parameters.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, ensuring that we maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain Records: Accurately maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning and decision-making.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Supervision: 3-4 people
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, team player
