Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Implementation Specialist to work as part of our implementation team, configuring and deploying CRM-based SaaS projects for clients. As an Implementation Specialist, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to analyze client requirements and translate them into technical configurations
  • Implement system configuration using database entities, fields, views, listings, dashboards, and more
  • Maintain organized project documentation in Confluence to track progress and ensure relevant information is up-to-date
  • Utilize project management tools like Jira to monitor progress on assigned tasks
  • Develop a deep understanding of product features and capabilities
  • Identify gaps and clarifications needed, communicating closely with clients for answers
  • Prepare data imports and migration plans
  • Participate in client meetings as required, providing updates and assisting with technical support during the implementation process
  • Ensure a smooth transition of the solution to the client, including training, to support a positive onboarding experience
  • Contribute to product lifecycle by providing feedback on feature improvements
  • Maintain and retain product and services knowledge at all times

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of experience supporting SaaS implementation projects in a B2B environment
  • Proven ability to gather and understand client requirements and assist in configuring solutions to meet those needs
  • Solid technical and analytical background
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, engineering, and customer success
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving client needs
  • A problem-solving mindset, able to troubleshoot and resolve client issues during implementation
