Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Williams Fresh Cafe. As a key member of our culinary operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and serving of food, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring efficient and safe food handling practices.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure food and service meet our high standards.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for menu planning and inventory management.
- Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions, ensuring alignment with our brand's culinary vision.
- Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and minimizing labor costs.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service or hospitality role, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
