Job Title: Food Service Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Wellington Pizza. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our food meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement efficient kitchen procedures to meet work schedules
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations, including inventory management and food safety
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
- Food Safety Certificate
