Job Description

Dx Inc is seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through effective market research, product development, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes.
  • Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Implement pricing and credit policies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Source and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products and competitive pricing.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services, driving sales and customer engagement.
  • Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and suppliers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
Working Conditions
  • 35 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
  • English language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
