Job Title: Culinary Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Team Lead to join our team at eggspectation. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Requirements:
- 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
