Liquor Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Northmount Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- Inventory Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure the store is always stocked with the latest products.
- Financial Management: Authorize payments by cheque and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, maintain a fast-paced environment, and ensure the store is clean and well-organized.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
