We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that our inventory levels are optimized.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Willing to train and develop skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
