Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Quesada Burritos And Tacos. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff
  • Train staff in job duties and procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Hire food service staff
  • Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Prepare food order summaries for chef

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Safe Food Handling certificate
