Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Ganesh Hospitality Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office services, coordinating administrative procedures, and providing support to our staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements:
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 35 hours per week.
