Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Ganesh Hospitality Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
    • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
    • Permanent employment with a 35-hour workweek.
    • Fluency in English as the primary language of work.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
