Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Fed Supply. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of 20 employees and provide guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and control logistics activities, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving, while maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and safety.
- Ensure accurate product inventory and develop a logical inventory storage system to optimize space and reduce waste.
- Participate actively with the dispatch team to identify transportation solutions and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
- Approve departmental hours worked, ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Evaluate, communicate, and follow up on employee performance, and organize and facilitate employee meetings to inform staff of policies, procedures, and programs.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory, distribution, operational procedures, and personnel management.
- Bilingualism (English and French).
- Knowledge of MS Office suite and ERP systems.
- Results-oriented, with proven leadership skills and ability to rally the team to achieve common goals.
- Good management of priorities, organized, and structured, with ability to multitask and work independently and responsibly.
