Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Fed Supply in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of 20 employees and ensure the quality of products and services provided by various carriers.
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and control logistics activities while respecting quality, manpower, costs, and deadlines.
- Participate actively with the dispatch team in identifying transportation solutions and ensure clear verbal and written communications with stakeholders.
- Approve departmental hours worked, ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Responsible for equipment used by the shipping/receiving department, evaluate employee performance, and organize employee meetings.
- Ensure accurate product inventory, develop a logical inventory storage system, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse management and logistics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
