We are seeking an experienced and dynamic School Administrator Leader to join our team at Netivot HaTorah Day School. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the school, ensuring that our students receive a high-quality education and that our staff are supported and empowered to excel in their roles.



Main Responsibilities

* Evaluate the performance of teachers and support staff, providing constructive feedback and coaching to help them improve.
* Oversee the development and implementation of curriculum programs, ensuring that they are aligned with the school's vision and goals.
* Collaborate with teachers and staff to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
* Recruit, hire, and train new staff members, ensuring that they are equipped to support the school's mission and values.
* Develop and manage the school budget, ensuring that we are financially sustainable and able to provide the best possible education for our students.

Requirements

* A Master's degree in Education or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in an educational setting.
* Proven track record of success in improving student outcomes and staff performance.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Eligibility for professional liability insurance and a criminal record check.
