Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Guest Experience Specialist to join our front door team at Lone Star Texas Grill.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a seamless guest experience by managing the flow of the restaurant.
  • Organize reservations, walk-in guests, and server flow to maximize seating capacity.
  • Engage with guests in a kind and helpful manner, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Answer phone inquiries and respond to guest needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and maintain a positive and welcoming environment.

Requirements

  • Ability to remain physically active and busy throughout the shift.
  • Previous service experience is an asset, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to lift items up to 30lbs.
