We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our front door team as a Host at Lone Star Texas Grill. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences in an upbeat and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities- Create and maintain a smooth flow of guests through the restaurant, ensuring efficient seating and server allocation.
- Organize reservations, walk-in guests, and server flow to maximize table turnover.
- Engage with all guests entering and exiting the building in a kind and helpful manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle guest inquiries via phone in a professional and courteous manner.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and work collaboratively as a supportive team player.
- Maintain physical activity and remain busy throughout shifts.
- Prior service experience is an asset but not required.
- Lift items up to 30lbs with ease.
