Position Overview

We are seeking a charismatic Hospitality Ambassador to join our front door team at Lone Star Texas Grill. As the first and last impression for our guests, you will create memorable experiences in an upbeat and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help maintain a smooth flow within the restaurant.
  • Coordinate reservations and server flow to maximize seating.
  • Engage with guests in a kind and helpful manner.
  • Handle phone inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Be a problem solver and supportive team player.

Requirements

  • Ability to remain physically active during shifts.
  • Previous service experience is an asset but not mandatory.
  • Lift items up to 30lbs.
