Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Sangam Sweets & Curry Express Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation
  • Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a senior kitchen role
  • Proven track record of menu development and implementation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
