Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Behaviour Analyst to join our team at the ErinoakKids Center for Treatment and Development. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will play a critical role in promoting and supporting clinical best practices, evidence-based behavior analytic interventions, and clinical outcome measurements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Clinical Expertise: Provide clinical leadership and expertise to the respite clinical team, promoting quality service provision and best practices in behavior analysis.
  • Consultation and Coaching: Offer ongoing consultation, coaching, and mentorship to the respite clinical team in evidence-based interventions for clients with challenging behavior.
  • Service Supports: Participate in service supports for clients and families as required, ensuring a comprehensive and coordinated approach to care.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with current discipline best practices and evidenced-based interventions, informing clinical outcome measurements and data-driven decision making.
  • Education and Training: Disseminate relevant information to staff through presentations and workshops, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Interprofessional Collaboration: Collaborate with an inter-professional team, providing clinical supports as required and contributing to a cohesive and effective service delivery model.
  • Clinical Accountability: Support clinical accountability within streams of service, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and best practice guidelines.
  • Research and Innovation: Contribute to the promotion of research opportunities, driving innovation and excellence in clinical practice.
  • Student Placement and Supervision: Coordinate student placements, participate in student evaluations, and provide BACB supervision to new BCBA candidates.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Support compliance with CPBAO standards and best practice guidelines around supervision and service provision, ensuring a high-quality service delivery model.
Qualifications
  • Education: Master's degree in Psychology or related field is required.
  • Registration and Certification: Registration with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario is required, along with maintained BCBA certification for at least 5 years in good standing.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical supervision experience in the field of ABA is required.
  • Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated skill in behavioural assessment and treatment of children, youth, and young adults, as well as excellent interpersonal skills, clinical leadership, and teaching abilities.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills (oral and written) and ability to function collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team are essential.
