Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Marbleslab Creamery is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring high-quality service and food safety standards are met.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
  • Recruit and hire food service staff.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports on departmental performance.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or related role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Work Conditions:
  • Permanent position.
  • 35 hours per week.
  • English language required.
