Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, training new employees, and maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Key Responsibilities:
