Job Title: Glazier

At Flynn Canada Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Glazier to join our team. As a Glazier, you will be responsible for installing and repairing glass products, including windows, doors, and other glass structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the type of glass, frames, and materials required for each job
  • Measure, mark, and cut glass to precise specifications
  • Position and secure panes in frames, ensuring a secure and watertight seal
  • Assemble and install prefabricated glass, mirrors, or glass products
  • Install door, window, and other hardware, ensuring proper alignment and function
  • Repair glass doors and other glass structures, using specialized tools and techniques
  • Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding, rigging, and hoisting equipment, ensuring a safe working environment
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the glazing industry
  • Ability to work at heights, outdoors, and in various locations
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads, stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
