About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Architecture Manager to join our team at TRSS. As a key member of our Business Architecture team, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and improving operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-level business requirements to standardize global operations and improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business processes and systems.
  • Lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and drive improvements independently.
  • Analyze data to assess the impact of proposed changes and develop business cases.
  • Establish and measure key metrics to track business results and continuously improve business architecture methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field, with a master's degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, business architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects and driving business improvements.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to challenge the status quo.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
