Project Estimator and Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Estimator and Manager to join our team at ServiceMaster Restore. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for estimating and managing projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate and manage projects, including site inspections and emergency response situations;
  • Prepare accurate quotations and manage project budgets;
  • Manage project accounting and financing, including timely and accurate invoicing;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project estimation and management, preferably in the restoration industry;
  • Strong knowledge of Xactimate and other industry-specific software;
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks;
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field an asset.
