Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager and Estimator to join our team at ServiceMaster Restore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project budgets, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project budgets and estimates to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Perform site inspections, including emergency phases, to assess damage and develop restoration plans.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management and estimation skills.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management and estimation, preferably in the restoration and mitigation industry.
  • Strong understanding of Xactimate and other industry-specific software.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
