As a Game Host Supervisor in our Pickering Casino Resort, you will play a key role in bringing energy and excitement to our stadium & hybrid games, building loyalty with our patrons, and providing a professional and exceptional level of customer service.

This dynamic role requires someone who is passionate about creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for interacting with our Executive Hosts, Gaming Hosts, Leadership Team Members, and patrons on a regular basis, providing fun and exciting customer service to guests choosing to play on Stadium & Hybrid Games, responding professionally to all guest inquiries and requests, and engaging in conversation with guests to create loyalty by providing personalized guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of Customer Service experience in the entertainment or gaming industry, with a proven ability to communicate clearly and in a professional manner while injecting enthusiasm into their audience. They will also have experience utilizing a live microphone to communicate and entertain in front of groups, be detail-oriented with the ability to watch and engage in conversation, multiple players in a live action environment, and have strong abilities to focus and not be distracted by activities around the live Stadium & Hybrid Game play areas.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
